i would like to uninstall MyBB forum - do i just delete files from the server or is there other recommended operation before doing that?
MyBB adds database too. If you want your server clean of MyBB, consider removing that too.
how do i find the location of the database?
phpMyAdmin or other MySQL database areas via your cPanel
If you wish to uninstall MyBB from your server you will need to delete all uploaded files and the DB you had created for it. That is it.
Are you sure to Uninstall MyBB ?

@ziuma: yeah i was unsure about it. I like myBB as a desktop PC forum very much. But I didn`t find a good way to make it mobile friendly, which is one of my main concerns. I guess there is a way to do that if you have the time+knowledge or finances...
In short, MyBB has like, mentions, alerts, responsive theme etc. Just like other software. Only thing is that you need to add them as plugins.
