You would have to edit Templates > Your theme > Member Templates > Member_Profile

I would suggest to create new threads for your requests - try to be more specific then you will get better answers.
For your 2 questions, i would say both are possible but you need to explain more.
for my second question I mean...you know by default mode Display posts in classic mode is disabled
I would enable this option but for all users...how I can do that ?
