Is there a planned release of MyBB 1.8.20?
A few weeks ago, there was some "talk" about it in the various forums, but lately, it has been quiet.
Any news on this?
When will be ready! Better to wait few more days/weeks than have a release with some small annoying bugs which must be fixed by another version due to short testing.
There will be a .20 released but we are trying to focus on 1.9 at the moment.

Yes, 1.8.20 is definitely happening, I just want to merge a couple of last PRs first but haven't had enough time recently to do enough testing of them. I do have some time over this week and plan to work on getting 1.8.20 ready and some work on 1.9 to rebase it and get Justin's massive theme PR merged.
