A bit of search would have shown this...

Some themes are SIMPLE to install,,,. and some aren't...
.. and, because theres no "standards" to how themes are to be "packaged" in a .ZIP , or maybe there is but not enforced , you might have to search the package for installation-instructions, or the forums here for solutions on how to install a/some "specific" theme(s).
if you have issues with a specific theme, put the Name and link to the theme in your posts
