So i was working on my forum site when members of my discord server spam pinged me with the same error message when trying to upload an avatar

Yes i did chmod 777
Yes i made sure everything pointed to the right directories
Yes i disabled all plugins to see if it was a plugin issue

Please can someone help, yeah
