Hi !
I have installed this plugin at :
https://lawforall.in/ipforum/index.php
However, I want to use this only for Admin announcements. No one else should be able to post any message and the admin should be able to delete an earlier ( single line ) message and replace it with another one. Rest of the functionality remains same as is.
Please advise how to do this ? Thanks.
