It's irritating that the posting box is white and the font is white .. How do I change the posting font to other colour? I've to highlight it to see!

Admin Cp -> Themes -> [select the theme you are using] Expand -> Form Elements section -> Textareas (Customized in this style) -> change either the background color or the font color.
Use hexadecimal values like (#ffffff)

Then update the theme.
