If you want to remove copyright don't expect support.
@Ashley1, so means if I get the "copyright" link back I am might likely get the needed support for this particular issue?

The copyright text has since been displayed back and I got help reply to a link but I did as instructed but the issue still continues

I tried changing the theme to the default but it still displays "

If you can wait a few hours until I get home, send me some temp credentials (I will need admin to edit templates) and I will take a look.
Thanks to everyone that has contributed to help fix the issue. The problem has been cleared. I download a new theme made for 1.8.19 and uploaded it. Wola!... Problem is gone.
