I have two more subforum, named June and July. But for some reason, it doesn't show them in that list, and only goes up to May. Is there a limit on how many subforums can be shown there?

Admin CP -> Change Settings -> Forum Home Options -> Subforums to show on Index listing

Change that number to the amount you want shown.
