Dear MyBB community,

Can you please educate me as to how I can enable the age verification feature for new registrants as seen on MyBB registration? I have attached a screenshot for you. Basically, I want users above age 18 to register only.

The plugin I linked, does the exact same thing.
It works on both MyBB 1.6* and MyBB 1.8*

Thank you both for sharing those links! I have installed and activated it. However on the site, it looks different to what the official MYBB has. Also, on this DOB plugin, i cannot figure out how to customize it. Currently the default says "This can be left blank" which i want to remove. There is no documentation for this plugin regarding edits. Would you know or is there a better one?

That's a core feature you can activate/deactivate in ACP.

Thank you for that link! Much appreciated. I am activating it but do you know how i can change the COPPA setting so that only users over 18 years of age can register?

No. COPPA is hard-coded to the age of 13. If you use the forum serch, you may find instructions on where to change this, but for what you want, the Plugin is better.
