Can anyone please help me in getting the theme job done? Here is the reference link am aiming to achieve in my bulletin board

It is build upon bootstrap & CSS grid system. 
My the pain is, am thinking to purchase theme from the link (in last post) but its not possible to have it as it is with myBB. Can someone here help me in creating similar for myBB? 

AM HAPPY TO PAY FOR IT.

Also, is it possible to use it with the above structure (as it is) on myBB?
