Could this be a feature added instead of having a plugin which does not update we can have an advertisement feature through our Admin CP we use Google Adsense etc?

Each advertisement source has a different API, so it's best implemented as a plugin.

This is out of MyBB’s scope IMO.

This feature suggestion has been rejected multiple times in the past. I'm marking this as duplicate.
