Is there a integrated way to change the date to actual text?

For example this: 11-28-2018, 08:27 PM to 30 November, 2018 - 08:27 PM

Admin CP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Date and Time Formats

Date Format
d F, Y

Time Format
h:i A

Date/Time Separator
 -
