Hello,

when I want to visit an online users profile, im getting the following error: HTTP ERROR 500

Profiles of offline Users are accessable. 

Could somebody help me?

HTTP 500 is a generic server error code that doesn't say any detail but simply indicates the error is related to server status.
You need to contact your web host for a resolution.
