I want a plugin developed that will allow users of the forums to purchase raffle tickets with newpoints (not real currency). The entries would then show up in the admin control panel to randomly select winners. If a start/end date is set it will be automatic.

Possible Features:

1. Start/End date
   
2. Be able to change the price of raffle tickets
   
3. Buy more than one ticket at the same time (a little number box near the purchase button; the more tickets, the higher the price)
   
4. Allow the users to see how many entries they have
   
5. Option to place a cooldown on how many tickets you can purchase within a time limit (this can be turned off by setting the value to 0; or whatever method is easiest)
