I've seen the many posts about the cookie settings and have them all proper for my domain, I even used the tool that some posts linked.

But yet, I still cannot log into my forum. I can log into my ACP perfectly fine.

I've even had a friend replicate the issue and he cannot log into the forum either.

Any suggestions/solutions?

if you are using cloudflare cache then it should be kept at basic level.
can you remove www for the site & check again login process ...

This is surely a cookie issue. Please state which all settings value you have defined.
