J'ai oublié mon PIN secret, ça me dit que j'envois un email mais j'en reçois aucun et même quand je clique sur "mot de passe oublié ?" j'en reçois aucun.

PIN secret is stored in ~/inc/config.php file 
$config['secret_pin'] = 'xxxxxxxx';
