Is there a way to restrict anyone posting in only a certain forum to lock their threads restricting no responses after the thread was created?

You can stop any group from posting responses in any thread using forum permissions.

i just want it to be in a certain forum though, not throughout the entire board.

We have an advertisement forum (one one though the rest are not). And we want to automatically lock it after someone makes a thread so there are never any replies to threads in this one forum. However the rest of the board we want to be normal. A user group would only effect across the entire board right?
