yo guys iv installed MyBB fine but im trying to install a theme

I've downloaded the Zip, there's no XML file so i can't import it, i've uploaded the upload folder contents to
admin/styles/<Cerulean>
But the theme isnt showing in my themes list

It's installed for admin CP, how do i install one for the forum?
