Please how can I limit the number of posts for users on my forum, please recommend a plugin that will work for the latest mybb forum version 1.9

Thanks,  but it refuses to extract , I tried extracting it on cpanel, but it won't.... Please help

Right click the zip folder and extract on your desktop, then upload the content.
