When i tryied to choose the option: Enable my signature in all of my existing posts in Edit Signature 
and i choose the option Include Siganture (in edit post \ create post mode) its not working.
What i need to do to fix it ?

Are you talking about your user account here on MyBB.com?

If so, you need to post a few more messages before you are permitted to activate the signature option.
