Hi there,
I am using my bb 1.8.19 version which is latest version but i am unable to get verification email, forgot pass email.
I have tried that link and its working i mean i am getting mail from php mail https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/faq/mail/
but still me or others are getting any mail.

Please help me out as soon as possible.

Tried looking through your spam box?

I find that a lot of myBB mail ends up there.

1. Can you check what is the error that is showing in Tools and Maintenance > System Mail Log

2. Contact your hosting, their php mail might be blacklisted.

(I prefer SMTP email usually on shared hosting.)
