I want to change what is blue with another color. Excuse me if you do not understand me much that I speak Spanish. But only what I want to change is what is blue to a different color.

I realized when I passed the forum to localhost because ctrl + f5 did not work. I have a question, sir. How do I change the background of dvz shoutbox? Because I had it transparent and I changed it by mistake. thank you very much for your kindness
