my_strpos function is defined in ~/inc/functions.php file
where exactly you are getting the error ? if forum admin panel is
working then run file verification at tools & maintenance section

I setup an SQL ready and Made a second public_html inside my other public_html, to create this second forum. I then uploaded the upload files too my new public_html inside the other public_html
http://swiftowner.co.uk/ when I go to what should be myBB install screen, I get the error.
so I cannot access admin panel, because I havnt got that far yet.
but I have another website

looks like you are trying to use other forum system on above referred url
if you are getting given error message on MyBB forum system then ensure
that functions.php file is correctly uploaded to inc folder of files server

I am going to re upload the files for myBB and check for functions, will keep you posted
