Also i have question about reputation system, Is there any way to customise it?
I want change to set take and give rep amount seperately.
Eg: Registered member can take 2 and give 1
and VIP member can take 2 and give 2
Is there any plugin or other way to edit it?

You can set how much each groups can give under Users and Permissions tab.

Currently, the way it is coded now, it's for both Give/Take or use iAndrew's suggestion and modify the index.php file to your need.
