While logging in as admin, it is redirecting me to enter the reCAPTCHA and following error message is coming

"reCAPTCHA V1 is shutdown"

I am not able to login as Admin after many tries. Not able to understand how to login and solve the problem.

You should be able to login directly to the admin control panel I believe, by going to yourforum.com/admin/. Then from the ACP you need to switch to noCAPTCHA and probably update your reCAPTCHA API key.
