hi

as we know a days we have more visitors from smart phones than computers. my forum is running very slower in smart phones and even contents are not fixed in screen according to device. please tel me any code or setting to make my site run better with smart devices.

As .m. said, there is also a free responsive theme by mishrat.
You can also go for Paid responsive theme in case you have a budget from me, iAndrew, DVZ, mishrat and lots of other developers.

There is also a free plugin which gives a responsive version of your website. I am not sure whether it works well after the latest minor release.
