looks like you missed adding css style codes into global.css stylesheet of your theme
those codes can be added to bottom of global.css style sheet of your theme
[edit in advanced mode]. after saving the style sheet you may have to hard
refresh your browser [eg. press CTRL + F5] on forum's index page
