Try this THEME by @vintagedaddyo.
Select the dark blue option during the theme setup in AdminCP and change the sides to that same dark blue and you'll have a theme that closely resembles the one you like on that other website.
Of course, you'll have to change the logo image or wording to whatever your website is called.

Forum Promotion’s theme is heavily customised. It’s also a XenForo theme. You won’t get one close here. Not easily, and likely not cheaply.
