So I'd like to have a specific page where it will show the top 5 threads from specific subforums I list.

for example it should show like on search result, just the top ones

OUGC Pages is a plugin that allows you to manage new pages from the ACP. It includes one example page that displays all sticky threads from all forums, so you should be able to modify this file to match what you are requesting. You can see the code in GitHub and if done, it can be included in the plugin package.

You could also twitch that page to be used without the plugin.
