Yesterday, I installed Help Center Plugin, and Arabic theme. Now, The attachment functionality is not working! I do not know what is the reason. I installed help desk but still same issue. When I upload a file, it does not get uploaded, and no message appear, only "no attachments"

Did you disable the plugin you installed so you could see if that was the problem? Do attachments work on the default theme?

I do not know how to go back tp the default theme

Ok, I got it. I changed the theme and the attachment worked fine!
Now, why the Arabic theme has this problem?

Revert templates > arabic theme > Post Templates > post_attachments_new back to default.
Click the options button on the right and revert to original.

It worked fine. Thanks
