In your own forum, go to your Admin CP, click through to >> Users & Groups >> select your Admin Group (Default: GID 4) >> Go to Users & Persmissions Tab
should be something like this
http:// your forum url / your Admin CP Folder /index.php?module=user-groups&action=edit&gid=4#tab_users_permissions
Look for "Reputation System"
And then enter the amount of your choice (30) in the box near "Points to Award/Take Away:"
