The files were there, for some reason my cPanel gives every file I upload 0 0 0 permissions until I individually change them, and I just realized they had 0 0 0 permissions set to them.
But, This unfortunately still didn't fix the problem for me as it's still not appearing unfortunately.
Edit: Okay so I changed my forum back to the Default MyBB theme for a second, and it shows the Sceditor on that theme but won't on my Custom Theme that I've made, although I believe the variables for it to show up are in fact there which leaves me puzzled.

You have the jquery from MyBB, you don't need another.

Removed the code, and I changed perms for those files too. It still doesn't seem to show up.
