Hey there!
I'm looking for a way to change the reputation system.
What I need:
I need the ability to leave reputation to be based on postcount.
Users with 50 posts - 1 reputation 10 times a day.
Users with 250 posts - 3 reputation 10 times a day.
Users with 750 posts - 5 reputation 10 times a day.
How would I do this?

Go to your AdminCP and go to this section as shown in the 1st screenshot.
Setup the user groups as shown here. (the user group names can be almost anything you want)
Now... go to the next screenshot...

Under the 'Users and Permissions' tab, this is where you can set up the reputation per user group under the 'Reputation System'.
You can adjust these settings per user group.
