MohmdeCavris, you may have better luck getting help with this if you are a bit more descriptive and offer a link to your site so that we may attempt to replicate the issue and help you find the source of the issue.

Might I suggest:
- URL to your forum/URL to specific problematic page
- New installation or upgrade (from which version of MyBB)? Which version of MyBB are you using?
- Screenshot or error text, verbatim if any.
