Hello,
I have trouble with numunapproved posts and threads and I have no idea how to resolve it:
numunapprovedposts and numunapprovedthreads shows that I have some unapproved posts/threads or hidden but it's not possible to find them 
Threads Awaiting Moderation in modqueue is empty.

Have someone any working solutions? Maybe sth with Recount & Rebuild or Cache Manager in ACP?
How to find those posts/threads?  By visible column in db?

It's looks like some old problem with mybb update or plugin which is deleted.

Have you also checked Posts Awaiting Moderation? You only specified you checked threads. If you still see nothing in the posts awaiting moderation, then do recount and rebuild for thread counters first then forum counters.
