Could someone please tell me how I can force a member's first post to be moderated? In other words, when a member joins the forum and submits a post, I want that post not to be visible straight away, but for a moderator to have to explicitly approve it. But that would only apply to the first post from that member; subsequent posts would appear straight away.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for any help.
