I've created some global announcements to show on all forums, but it seems to only show the first 2?

I can't see any settings to limit the Global Announcements anywhere.

There is a setting to show and limit announcements on the Portal page, but that's different and also set to 10.

ACP -> Configuration -> Forum Display Options -> Announcements Limit

To save opening another thread, can I ask if it's possible to add formatting/flare to the announcement heading as well?
