after moving MYBB to new host admin is logged in but other user cant login and see

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ?

and i use
MyResponsive theme

i changed my theme and all users can login and no problem until tow days ago.
from tow days ago all users cant login and admin cant login from other browsers and other systems too.

at now i use flatty theme.
when i select default myBB theme all users can login and no problem. but when i select flatty theme all users cant login.
