im trying to make alternative forum for leakforums if anyone is familiar with this i need someone to design a theme implement awards, credit system, upgrades, reputation system and etc if you are up for the job let me know?

Check out my services thread here, perhaps I might be of some use to you. I don't design or create themes but if you planned on using a VPS instead of shared hosting I can definitively do all the server prep and installation for you, plus some extras such as security, backups and performance tweaks.
