Hello, I am confused how ranking in mybb to set?
Assume,
Newbie- 1-49 posts
Member- 50-99 posts
Verifed Member- 100-499 posts

I can create user group but can't assign this value. If someone reaches 50 posts, he will automatically rank to Member. How can I do that?

If you log in to your AdminCP -> Users & Groups then select user titles from the left menu and you can customise them here.
