you could simply modify the default theme easily to make it similar to what you want..., unfortunately atm I personally do not have the free time to help you on this, but perhaps another member that sees how simple this would be, will have the free time to help you. Best of luck!

Have you looked into this theme? FLATTY
The big thing would be for you to change the logo and the logo background, which can be done with a few CSS modifications.
Aside from the logo stuff, the coloring is pretty close to what you are looking for.
