I dont understand it. I was trying to figure out how to do it. I changed the body template and the container template. Then i changed them back but now the BG is still white. Im confused.

No but thank you so much for that. Have not tried it yet but im assuing it clears cache faster then going through the seetings. It takes me 20-30 mins to clear cache sometimes
^ looks like there is some mis-configuration of cache at your web server.
your server support technicians should be able to fix it.
