Any ideas why I can login to the bb as the admin, but cannot login to the admin section?

And this happens even after you fill in your login info in that form and try to sign in?

Can you try changing your password in the UCP and then try logging into the ACP again.

i actually tried that and it still won't work
OK I just tried resetting all my cookies and logging in and nothing. When I first go to the admin panel it says (before I try to log in or anything)
"No valid administration session was found."
After I enter the admin's username and password (which successfully logs into the board) I get:
"You are either not a valid administrator or have not logged in.
Please login below."
Is there a way I could manually do this using phpmyadmin? or could I maybe manually create a new admin user?

I FIGURED IT OUT! YAY!
Somehow my usergroup had been reset. I changed it to 4 manually and VOILA!
