need help, because I cant find where to activate the text under the countup stats (in german), so users can see, which stat is shown ...

If you use BootBB 2.4 or above, then you need to copy inc/languages/english/ougc_customlang.lang.php to inc/languages/<your language>/ougc_customlang.lang.php and translate it.
With older BootBB, you need to edit template index_stats

thx, but in my ougc_customlang.lang.php there is only
$l['ougc_customlang'] = 'OUGC Custom Language';
same in the origin file from
