Dumb question but when i write ticket i get 
The administrator hasn't created any categories yet and you can't submit any tickets with no categories.


I cant find from where go create category
 I am using this plugin

ACP>Forum & posts> Add a Forum> Options Forum or Category select Category

ACP -> tools & maintenance -> help center -> help categories -> add
