Reporting as requested here.

  1. Inline Moderation ("forum view") allows to move topic(s), only.
  2. Moderation Options ("topic view") allows to move/copy/move with redirects

As far as I understand, all 3 options should really be available in either case.

I agree with you, this should be consistent and options should be available in both cases.

Confirmed, I think it is a bug (somebody missed one place to add a complete code).
