I fixed the db issue, but now im having some other issues.

Any idea on fix, yes i know theres a . before home and if i remove that i get HTTP ERROR 500

You're missing a file called GoogleAuthenticator.php that's meant to go in ./inc/3rdparty/2fa/ directory. Check that you've imported all the files from the plugin pack.
