I have been trying to send a PM through my board. It is saying that the message is disabled by user. How to force it to receive the PM?
ACP > Users & Groups > Groups (Side-menu) > Administrators
Under the Users and Permissions tab you have the option to tick Can send private messages even if recipients have them disabled?.
