I have bought a domain name cryptoforumtalk.com

I would like to change sub domain https://cryptoforumtalk.createmybb4.com/

I'm too confuse with this part that you need to park your domain before you forum site will be fully activated.

In Board URL you put https://cryptoforumtalk.com. You first need to update your domain nameservers and then park the domain before updating your Board URL.

Along with what @Wires has stated...

My domain registrar is NameSilo, but your's may be different.

The point is this... you need to register the NAMESERVERS with the domain registrar. It may be GoDaddy or your current hosting company.
